RuchamaHi Gord, I was just on Thriftbooks, which is a website that sells used books and I looked up your name and found The Fort on there. Did you set an earlier release date and forgot to change it on here? Did you go onto thriftbooks and sell it from there?

As for being able to tell if an author has faith and full belief in his/her story, your guess is as good as mine. However, I've read books that I've put down, never to pick up again, after a couple of chapters, and I think you may be right and that could very well be the reason. I can't identify it, but I know when the book is doing nothing for me. The author's "belief in the story" could be why! -----GK-----
