Thank you so much Gordon Korman. I feel like every author has their own thing. What is yours you may ask?
Almost every time I read a different book of yours, it gets better. That is a gift! I am one of your newer fans, but I have enjoyed all of the books I have read from you. That is not easy. Yes, some authors are amazing, but I feel like almost anyone can read your books.
I recently read your book Operation Do-Over and I loved it! Mason and Ty are a great duo, Dominic is an great antagonist, Rufus is an AMAZING dog, etc. Anyways, I thought it was the greatest Gordon Korman book ever. Oh wait, didn't that happen with Linked? Also, Masterminds? Oh and The Unteachables? IT HAPPENED A MILLION TIMES!
You make great books and deserve all the fame you get, if not more!
Thank you for helping me discover my passion for writing. That's why I recently went to Writing Camp, (still have one more day) and it was amazing. All the kids were nice, the coaches were better than my actual English teacher, and I learned a lot!

(Turns out I really like poetry!)

For my writing project, I decided to make a coming of age story kind of like you. I tried to use your humor, and it actually worked. I was really scared to show it to my teacher, but she actually liked it! And cracked up!
I just wanted to say thank you. I am planning on getting The Fort and am super excited.
