AJ GibsonI'm writing a book about two twins who are the descendants of Artemis. I'm only 12, and I'm having a hard time being focused and happy to continue this topic. I don't want to lose my confidence in this book. Do you have any suggestions to help me find more fun and confidence in writing it?

Great to hear from you! The excitement of what you're writing is coming through in your short message. I know what it's like to be working on something like that at age 12!
Advice: this is what worked for me, and still does. Planning your story well keeps you on focus. If you know where you're going, you can't lose focus. You can make changes, yes, even add and/or subtract events and people. But you'll always know where you're going if your planning is solid.

I was really excited to find out there was a way to actually talk to an author. I didn't realize you made your first book at age 12 and I got waay more excited knowing that someone could make a book at age 12.
