    Hi there,

When I was a child, I played the flash game that was on the Scholastic page for your On The Run series, featuring Aiden and Meg Falconer. These books were defining for my childhood, along with the Macdonald Hall series, and I'm very grateful to you for making them!

I was on a quest for some nostalgia and discovered that, much like most flash games, the On The Run game isn't accessible or playable anymore. So much for my desire to make choices while the mysterious green man chases me, and reread all the associated dialogue options.

But - you might have it! If you do, I would love to play it again!

If not, I remember the game had a very cool-sounding background song as you made the choices - a song which child me came to associate with reading the books.

If you happen to have either the game or song in playable form (or even the text from the game), the nostalgic side of me would be extremely grateful to you for sending it to me.

If it's lost to time, oh well. I figured the worst you can say is no.

Cheers, and I hope you're doing well in your life,
    James

    Hi, James,

I'm really sorry that I can't supply this for your nostalgic side. Yes, I remember the game, if not the music. I'm wondering if someone at Scholastic, the magazine department, couldn't try to find it for you in a file somewhere.

I'm especially grateful to you for remembering ON THE RUN so fondly. I was quite a bit younger in 2005 and 2006, and very proud of that series, so it's great to know you're out there and it made a hit with you!

    Thanks, James.                                                                                            -----Gordon Korman-----
