Hi, Patrick,

Fun facts: I'm a giant Giants fan, a season ticket holder. And I think tailgating is almost as much fun as the game itself. Our family is exercise-crazy! We have a whole gym in our house if you count all the treadmills, ellipticals, Pelotons, and NordicTraks and bikes in various rooms. I think Montreal bagels are better than any other bagels anywhere. And my exotic tastes consist of mostly good old burgers and fries. Love TV and movies. And if I didn't write for a living, I would write for fun.

Hello Mr. Korman,

I have already asked if it's possible to add more books to the MacDonald Hall series, but now I have another request. Is it possible to turn I Want To Go Home into a series, or at least a duology? If you need an idea for that you could say that Mr. Warden made so much money off of summer camp that he founded a boarding school called Algonkian Prep, and Mike and Rudy get sent there, you could turn the counselors, like Chip, Frank, Pierre, and Ralph into heads of dorms ( with Chip as head of dorm 13 of course) and also keep Harold Greene as our least favorite twit.

Amazing plots! But I don't think so. I WANT TO GO HOME was written 40+ years ago. There were no cell phones, no video games, nothing in the books that reflect what modern kids expect in their middle grade novels. PLUS I was 15 years old when I wrote it, and now I'm pushing 60, and a very different person and writer.

But I repeat! Amazing plot! And I thank you for your loyalty to my first efforts at being an author.

I have read your book Restart and loved it and it has inspired me to ask... will you be making a Restart 2? My class has asked me over and over "Will there be a Restart 2" and I just needed to ask will their one we just absolutely loved your book so we just needed to ask.
