JadeWe have an Open Mic Night where we present and perform. That’s about it. I’m not doing anything but I’m here!
Did your school have anything like this? Any school in any of your books too!

Nothing. We might have had a performing group. We definitely had both a jazz band and a larger orchestra, but I didn't play anything, so I wasn't in it. (Correction: I did play the clarinet, briefly and badly, in my freshman year.) It may be more of an American high school thing -- I grew up in Toronto, remember? My kids, especially my daughter, were always involved in stuff like that.
Sounds like fun. A nice way to meet people and mingle. Enjoy. ---G---

I did really enjoy Open Mic Night and I don't why I didn't respond. I sure did in my head. And guess what? I played the clarinet briefly and badly in 6th grade. It also happened to be COVID year.
I think I will be ending my walk down memory lane because I can actually remember making this post, and I began to mature and be less scremay/excited/yay. Of course, I am still very screamy/excited/yay, thank you very much. And also it's 3:07 AM.
