Hi Gordan Korman,

I loved reading your book called RESART and I was wondering how you made it so good. Why do you think RESTART was a big hit? Why'd you get interested in writing it.

Thanks for posting. I'm glad you enjoyed RESTART. I think the book was so successful because most people were rooting for Chase. I tried to portray him as a basically decent kid who needed to be straightened out. And I think the success was due to the basic comedy relief in a serious story, and the fact that my readers really do beieve in second chances.

AND ... if I really knew the secret of success in a book, I'd become the most successful writer in the world! I believe the secret of a successful book is a great audience. So thanks for being part of it.
