Aiden FinkenHello, Gordon Korman! It has been a while since I went to this forum but as I was reading "The Superteacher Project" I began to wonder something. Different authors like Rick Riordian have confirmed that all their books take place in the same universe and I began to wonder if it was the same for yours. Do all your books take place in the same universe? This would mean that you have basically created a universe where hypnotists, clones, ghosts, aliens, time travel, ETC exist. This sounded like a pretty cool idea even if you don't want to make a crossover between your characters,(I asked you a while ago on this forum). Anyways, I decided that instead of just speculating on this idea, I might as well ask the author.
So what do you say? Do your books take place in the same universe or are they all in separate worlds?

Thanks for this question. I honestly haven't thought about it much. As you know, I've never done a "crossover" book with my many characters.
I guess the short answer is my books ARE all from the same world, but it would be really hard for me to mix styles - realistic vs paranormal - in a single story. In other words, it's tough to imagine the kids from THE FORT waltzing into Jackson Opus's New York City in THE HYPNOTISTS, or the characters of RESTART hanging out with Cooper Vega and his "haunted" phone from WHATSHISFACE. And Mr. Aidact from THE SUPERTEACHER PROJECT and the time-jumping in OPERATION DO-OVER feel like a separate category altogether.
Does that make sense?

(Maybe that first example wasn\'t so good, after all, \'he\'s been wrong before\') it would be interesting, I\'m not saying you should, but it could be cool.
I really liked masterminds, the twists and turns all come together in the end. P.S. I was really convinced Hector was gone, good job!
Also, speaking of super duper jumbo boomers are those also what they shot off on serenity day?😂

I've given the super-duper jumbo boomers some thought, and I've concluded that they might be too noisy-violent for Serenity, where everything is, of course, just right.
