Hey Mr. Korman!

It's the middle of summer, and I don't have much to do. So I looked at my old bookshelf where I found many of your old books! The Swindle series and The Chicken Doesn't Skate were some of my personal favorites. When I first read those books, I was an avid 9-year-old with a huge passion for reading. I remember wanting to be just like the characters you created and dreaming of being their age to have stories like theirs in middle school. And now, I'm 17 and hardly touch physical books anymore much less read them. Thank you for creating such amazing worlds which had elementary school me captivated until the very last chapter. Seeing and re-reading those books brought back the fondest memories, and to you, I'm eternally grateful. Better start writing my college apps now! Crazy how time flies.

Time flies.You're telling me? I was 12 when I wrote THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING AT MACDONALD HALL, and that was almost 48 years ago!
