Dear Mr. Korman,

I really liked your book Unplugged. It was very interesting to read about and how it was a very interesting book. All of the books I have read so far have all been someone trying to find out what the other person is doing. You’re my favorite author!

Dear Mr. Korman,

I just finished your book Unplugged and I thought it was amazing. I am now doing a school project where I need to use text evidence to describe the characters. I had a hard time picturing some of them. Is there any way you could describe to me what you thought the characters, specifically Jett and Tyrell, looked like. It's no big deal if not and you want to let the reader's imagination take over but I think it would be super cool if you, the author, could create a picture of these characters for my project. Thank you so much! I am such a big fan.

Thanks for posting. I'm glad you enjoyed UNPLUGGED.As you might imagine, it was a lot of fun to write, too!

Re: your project. Jett Baranov was broad shouldered and tall with dark short hair, and prominent dark eyebrows. He exudes an air of confidence. At the beginning of the book he's a bit resentful and angry, but as the story moves ahead, he becomes more pleasant and more fun. Terrell is pretty much the opposite. He's shorter and squatter with fair hair and earnest blue eyes. He's a really nice kid, mostly quiet, but a true friend.

... and if the book says anything different, you'll have to forgive me. In my work experience, UNPLUGGED was 10 books (that's 5 or 6 years) ago!
