I\'ve read a few of your books and I really admire your work. As a young child, I read the 39 clues series. I would wait weeks to get the cards from the inside of the book to hang on my wall. You have been a big inspiration to me. My writing career started around 5th grade when I went to a young authors competition, even though we didn\'t win. After that I continued to write stories until I could join Power of the Pen. There is a competition for it at my school this year, would you consider coming? It\'s at Claymont Junior High, in Uhrichsville Ohio, so it shouldn\'t be too far. It\'s in January, I will have more information as the year progresses.

Thanks also for your invitation. The invitation has to be official, though, because there are expenses involved -- for one thing, I'm headquartered in New York, not Ohio. I receive quite a few invitation like yours and, regrettably, have to refuse them.

I wish you every luck in your pursuit of a writing career. I hope you make it, because I highly recommend it!
