Hello Mr Korman,

I've read this book hundreds of times since I got a copy in the mid 80's. I thought I knew pretty much everything Bruno and Boots until I read the Wikipedia article about this book. It says the original edition has an epilogue. None of my copies contain this. I assume it's from the very first printing and was soon changed. The source for this in the Wikipedia article links back to this site but the page is not found.

Could you share more about this?

True. The original edition has an epilogue, purportedly writtenby Mr. Sturgeon. As I recall, it was eliminated because it was kind of a finale, and the editors saw the possibilities of future Macdonald Hall novels. They turned out to be right. I'm going to see about adding it to this website under MORE RESOURCES very soon. Thanks for pointing it out. I'd forgotten all about it!
