Hi, Carter,

Thanks for posting.

Anyone who is thinking of making a movie or movies about my series has to contact my literary agent in order to purchase the film rights to the books. That's the way the business works.

So far, a few film companies have shown an interest, but nothing has been made. Let's all keep a good thought. Ithink the three MASTERMINDS books would make amazing movies!

Can I write screenplays of Masterminds even if they don\\\'t get published to make actual movies?

Yes! You can write stories and screenplays for fun but not for money. Have fun with it.

And a literary agent is someone a writer hires to deal directly with publishers and movie people and everyone so the author doesn't have to. It would be your business person. You would pay him/her to act on your behalf and as per your instructions.
