My name is Hannah and I live in Rock Hill, South Carolina. My favorite ice cream is mint chocolate chip. My favorite candy is a 100 Grand, and my favorite author is YOU!!! I\'ve read a lot of books, and about 60% of them are yours. We have to do a project in ELA right now and we have to make a fan page about our favorite author, and I\'m writing about you!!! If you can, please send me some little-known facts about you so I can include them.Also, we have the same favorite movie.

Things not everyone knows about me? I'm Dad to 3 kids, boy-girl-boy, ages 25, 22, amd almost 19. I'm a super football fan -- Go, Giants! -- and I have season tickets to Giants games. My favorite food is good old burgers and fries, and my favorite candy is called Smarties, Canadian M&M-style chocolate drop. Ice cream flavor? Absolutely chcolate.

Your question: I started writing when I was 12, in 7th grade, in answer to an assignment to write what the teacher called "a novelette." I got carried away and quite accidentally wrote over 100 pages of a book that ultimately became my first publication, called THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING AT MACDONALD HALL. I've been wrting ever since, and that was 40+ years ago!
