ColleenI am a senior adult now, but I started reading your books way back when -- I most remember "A Semester in the Life of a Garbage Bag." I've always enjoyed your books and lately been trying to read and collect the ones I've missed. Yesterday I finished the best one yet: Linked. It was so charming and yet so honest and poignant...really drawing me into the connection with the actual reality of the 6 million. I live in Orlando, so I got extra pulls when you mentioned the city plus the zoom call to a Jewish Community Center struck right to my heart. I went to elementary school with lots of Jewish kids who all spent their Saturdays at the Maitland JCC which now hosts a wonderful but haunting holocaust museum. Anyway, thanks for a beautiful writing job that made me think about the issues from so many angles and for the tears of remembrance that we all should have from time to time.

Thanks so much for reaching out. I'm pleased to hear from a longtime fan, especially when it's someone who read LINKED and seems to have enjoyed it so much! As you can imagine, it was quite an experience writing the book as well. It did tend to touch on subjects that were all too real and definitely unforgettable. When you speak of "tears of remembrance," please know that I understand exactly what you mean!
Thank you again. -----Gordon Korman-----
