    Hi Gordon, I like your books very much. I was wondering if you would make a book about A treasure Hunt GPS game called

    Geocaching (you can learn more about this on Google) .

    It should be about a 12-year-old boy, who loves geocaching but one day he finds a mysterious cache hidden by a criminal to track him down and rob his parents (who should be rich and famous).

    You can even geocache for yourself, Gordon, on Geocaching.com with a smartphone or GPS.

    Jade is right. That's a great plot, and you should write it yourself! I'll bet you're a better writer than you think you are -- look at how great you are at making up characters and stories!


    I prefer to do my own plotting, Ethan, mostly because I've decided that, if the result is disappointing, I'm only going to disappoint myself. It's kind of a rule I made for myself when I started writing 40+ years ago. But thanks for the thought. I'm very flattered that you think I could do justice to your story.

    Wow. Ethan, the geocaching idea is an amazing book idea coming from someone who used to do it pretty commonly. I think it would be great if you write it yourself.


    I don’t want to sound bossy or like a know-it-all but I think too many changes to the forum can be too complicated and create a cost. In my opinion, for now a book club tab is the perfect change because a lot of the things you guys mentioned we can already do on the forum. I would love to interact with new people and especially people who love the same books as me.
