I was reading the Swindle series, and after moving from Jackpot to Unleashed, Victor completely disappeared after he was just deemed the newest team member. There wasn't even an explanation of him leaving. Why did he go?

Your question: The disappearance of Victor was intentional. The fans -- and I got mail from a lot of them! -- hated Victor with such passion that I had to promise never to use him again. Hey, the customer is always right. Sorry.
