I teach 5th and 6th grade Reading and my 6th graders are reading and loving Restart right now. We are halfway through and several of the students have asked if there is a prequel to this book. I told no, but that is a wonderful idea. They want to see the story through Chase's family's eyes. I thought that would be super to do. They were so excited to know I am sending this. Thank you for writing books that my students LOVE!!

I'm pleased to hear that RESTART is making a hit with your class. Thanks for writing to tell me so.

I've had a lot of comments from readers, and what they all seem to want is a prequel, so they might be onto something there! Right now I have no plans for one, but I would never rule it out. Would anyone in your class accept an indefinite maybe?

I agree with Ms. Carter and her students, Restart is a SUPER good book.

I would LIKE to have a Prequel/Sequel to the book.

I'm also excited about the book Gordon is still working on, Old School, I can't wait for it to come out!
