Hi Gord! I have a question. Do any of your books have a reference to other books of yours?

    Hi, Marlo,

In the early days, I was obsessed with the name G. Gavin Gunhold. He appeared, in various forms, including just as a name, in several books. But I haven't done anything like that lately  -- at least, I don't think I have. The person who would know for sure is probably Raymond Jardine, who knows me better than I know myself.                                                       --GK--

Be careful, @Marlo. If you start looking for them, you may become obsessed.

Finding "Easter eggs" in GRK's stories is a favorite part of reading for a lot of Kormaniacs. And there's a bunch of these fun back references if you remember trivial details from all the books you've read.

    G. Gavin Gunhold is a good example (you should be able to spot Gunhold references in a lot of unexpected places in multiple books). Calvin Fihzgart was another recurring name that popped up out of the blue.

In their LOSING JOE'S PLACE episode, the "Zucchini Warriors Podcast" crew pointed out several Easter eggs, including a reference to Mr. Wizzle's Magnetronic computer.

"Wexford-Smythe University" in LINKED is another one from the Bruno & Boots/Macdonald Hall series.

I don't immediately recall any Easter eggs in I WANT TO GO HOME, but I'll point them out if I see any while re-reading it for the book club that starts today!

Don't forget Redhead in Arabia! Or Manchurian references.
