Hi!

I had some questions.

Who was Capricorn Anderson based on?

Who was Rain based on?

Why didn't you mention Woodstock in schooled?

Do you like Woodstock?

Schooled was my favourite book of yours because I could relate to Cap so much especially being the age I am where many don't know what Woodstock was all about. I hope you write more books.

Thanks for posting.

Capricorn Anderson was 100% fiction, based on a stereotypical hippie from the 1960's. Rain was based on the older hippie generation, most of whom lived on com munal farms and sang about peace and love and understood neither. Also the '60s. I didn't mention Woodstock because it took place in 1969, and had no bearing on Cap's life today. Rain might have been there, but certainly not Cap. Do I like Woodstock? Not particularly. I like some of the music, but the peace and love lifestyle is a little cloying for my taste.

And with the release of OLD SCHOOL, my booklist has hit 105 titles. So if it's my stuff you enjoy, you won't be running out of reading material any time soon.
