Holden and CallumDear Gordon Korman,
We are brothers in middle school and we love your books. We wanted to know if you use AI (be honest🧐). If so, how do you incorporate it into your writing? If you don’t what are your thoughts on OTHER authors using it for their books? These are my favorite books (Holden): Slacker, Unteachables, Super Teacher Project
And these are my favorite books (Callum): Restart,The Fort, and Faker.

Thanks for posting. I'm pleased to hear that you're both fans of my books.
I have never used Artificial Intellignce for any of my books. First of all, I wouldn't really know how to begin. And second, if another source was creating it, then it wouldn't be MY book, would it? Aside from playing a few games with ChatGPT, like asking it to write limericks and being amazed at what it can actually do, I have never really fooled with it at all. It may be the future, but I would hope not. Creativity still exists in this world -- doesn't it? And that covers my thoughts on other authors using AI! I may be old-fashioned, but I'm not for it.
Thanks again for writing, guys. -----Gordon Korman-----

His books are truly inspiring and emotional.
You raise an interesting point about artificial intelligence. Many authors are starting to experiment with AI these days, to come up with new ideas, to work on plots, or even just for inspiration. It doesn't mean that the AI writes for them - it's more like a smart assistant that can suggest an interesting twist or help with a draft.
By the way, if you're interested in trying out AI yourself - like coming up with your own story or creating characters - I recommend checking out Overchat AI. It's a platform where you can interact with AI almost like a fellow writer. It can help you develop an idea, write a story, or even discuss your favorite book. Who knows, maybe you'll be the next big thing!
Keep reading and dreaming!
