Jacy Pulford (David and Samuel)Mr. Korman,
I'm Jacy Pulford, a homeschooling mother of two very fun and imaginative sons, David and Samuel. Reading is the heartbeat of our days. Sharing stories has created a bond that we really enjoy. A few of your books have been a big part of that.
This week, we finished Restart and absolutely loved it! My boys were talking about it so much, I had them create a comic book report.
Each child drew out the key scenes that told the story. They spent time reviewing the characters and sharing details. It was such a blessing to see!

PS: I am an author as well (self-published) but just finished writing my first children's book, Truth to the Max. It'll be a mystery series. My son's helped throughout the entire process and are pushing me to publish it. Any advice for submitting a manuscript and marketing? Thank you for your time!

P.S. Jacy, go to your library and get a book on Writers' Markets. It will list all the publishers, including addresses, names of contact persons (sometimes), and the kind of material they are in the market for. It will also tell you whether or not they accept unagented manuscripts -- many do not. And starting slowly, put your work out there. Good luck! --GK--
