Hi Mr. Korman,

113 years ago today, the Titanic was on day 2 of her maiden voyage. As a Titanic enthusiast and a book enthusiast, I am commemorating this anniversary by contacting 6 of my favorite authors of Titanic books- 1 for every day that the Titanic was at sea.

I'll come clean: I am definitely above the intended age range for your Titanic trilogy. (Part of the reason I picked up your book at all is because of how much I loved Restart.) And yet, I had more fun reading your books than almost any Titanic books marketed towards young adults! The way you interwove fact with fiction is admirable- I especially enjoyed your portrayal of Lightoller, he was very fun.

I came for the historical figures, but I couldn't help but find myself rooting for Paddy, Sophie, Juliana, and Alfie. Your characters are as fun as ever, and I had a blast following them every step of the way.

Thanks for writing these books! They brought me a lot of joy!

As one Titanic nut to another, thank you for choosing my trilogy and, mostly, for liking it so much! Recorded Books did an audio book of the trilogy that was absolutely spellbinding -- and I knew what was coming next in the story. I'm glad you enjoyed Lightoller. He was a funny duck, but he sure saved a few men that awful night!
