TitusDear Gordan,
I have been a huge fan of your writings since I was 8. I am reaching out to ask if you have any tips or tricks to writing a book? I am a new author with hopes of getting a book published (Before you was my original goal and I still can). Also, I was wondering if I could buy/send you a copy of your book operation do-over and you sign it. I am willing to pay extra for a signed one I was just wondering if you could. That is all I have to ask/tell you. Please respond
Sincerely, Titus

Thanks for posting. Writing a book requires 1) that you have a story you want to tell, and 2) that your use of language is strong enough to tell it. There are no tricks, but there is one major tip: PLAN. You must know exactly what you want to say if you're going to say it well. And you can't know that unless you plan in detail first. Planning is everything. You plan your story from beginning to end, and then you're writing TOWARDS that ending. That's the tip that helped me, so I hope it helps you too.
Re: your request. If you send your full name and mailing address to my office, I'll send you a bookplate that you can paste into your copy of OPERATION DO-OVER. Fair enough?
