Dear Gordon,

I'm not sure if you remember me, but I promised you fanart like 10 months ago, and I still haven't sent it LOL. Art block and school have been quite stressful, but I promise to get it to you by this summer, hopefully! Anyway, about the topic, the last time I posted, I asked you if you were coming to visit Toronto at all, and you said you weren't having any events previous summer so I am wondering now if you are going or are able to come this summer, specifically in August or maybe June? It would be an honor to meet you, and you mentioned that your family lives here. So if you stop by to visit your family, you could maybe set up an event here? No pressure, though, and I am definitely already happy with my signed bookplates.

Thanks for keeping in touch. I will be in T.O. in the summer -- not sure when. But they usually don't like to set up events for Middle Grade writers when all the Middle Graders are on holiday or away at camp. But I'll try to let you know if anything is planned, OK?
